The kitchen remodel at 559 East Sherwood Rd! This 1870’s farmhouse was treated to a complete makeover from K. Fedewa Builders in conjunction with homeowner and Interior Designer Leslie Hart- Davidson from HDD Studios. The remodel highlights the original brick walls with Medallion cabinetry and Hanstone quartz countertop. The expert craftsmanship of K. Fedewa Builders is evident throughout the space, especially in the mudroom bar area with a custom fitted wood countertop along with a retrofitted Singer sewing machine vanity in the half bath. These unique pieces create a feeling of timelessness for the well-loved home. Major structural improvements include floor joist repair, insulation and all new HVAC and plumbing systems that will keep the home functional for the next generation of stewards.
